Yes, you can customize the product logo, shell, color, capacity, packaging.
3. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For standard models without customization, MOQ can be as low as 10~100 pcs, it depends on product category. For OEM orders, MOQ depends on the customization details.
4. Can l get a sample before bulk order?
Yes, we offer free or paid samples depending on the product and order quantity.
5. What certificates do your products have?
Our products comply with CE, ROHS, FCC standards. If you require specific certifications for your market,please let us know.
6. How do you ensure product quality?
We conduct 100% full inspection before shipment. We use reliable components (original-grade flash and controllers) and run aging tests and speed checks.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, Trade Assurance, and L/C (for large orders).
8. What is your warranty policy?
We offer 1-3 years warranty depending on the product category. Any defective product can be replaced or refunded after verification.
